Tara Allison - Lead Vocalist

biography


Tara Allison born January 25,1980 grew up in Pageland S.C.
At an early age she bagan showing a great love for music.
Growing up in a musical family, Tara sat by her father's side,
with his guitar in his hand, singing together.
To this very day she credits her musical style and passion for music to him.
Growing up in South Carolina she began to express herself through music,
developing her own unique sense of style.
Being raised in a Christian home, she sang in church and at any function
in her community.

Several years ago, she set her sights on Nashville to pursue a
country music career, and submitted original song that she had written,
"If I Knew Then"
To a indie label in Nashville , which she worked with for 2 year's
and recorded a Self titled album, and another titled,
"I Want You Too, Bad"
She spent time in Major publication houses and worked
with major Nashville musicians.

At this time, Tara is currently residing in Monroe N.C.
working with her band, The Tara Allison Band.
Tara was signed to Alpha Star Entertainment, Vernon and Wanda Ramsey, in January 2008.

Tara Has played many venues in the region.
She has played for venues such as.
The Pageland Watermelon Festival, Longbranch, Liquid Steele Bike Fest,
Chester Hillarity Festival, and much more!

She teamed up the summer of 2005 with keyboardist and friend,
Eric Morris, and wrote the heartfelt song titled,
"Never Far Away"
Which came in 3rd in the N.C Songwriter's co-op. Along with the song "If I Knew Then"

Tara plan's to set her sights high, with the help of her family and friends.
And, the talent's of the musicians she works with.
She will no doubt be a renown performer and writer and
take the country music industry by storm.
Tara has the drive and ambition to conquer, whatever comes her way,
and the music industry is just one of many where she is sure to succeed.
She is Country Music's future success story, she is.....

Eric Morris - Vocalist, Keyboardist & Rhythm

Eric Morris born September of 1966 in Albermarle, NC. Grew up around music, either in church or at home where both of his parents played music.
Eric started at the age of 9 playing guitar and drums, and at 11 began playing the piano.
Eric is a great performer, singer-songwriter.
In 2004 he joined up with Tara Alliosn, helping her with her music and band.
In 2005 they wrote a heart felt ballad, titled "Never Far Away" which came in 3rd place in the NC Songwriter's Co-op.

Eric has worked many venues, Liquid Steele Bike Show, The Longbranch, The Pageland Watermelon Festival,Carolina NightLife, Sara Saloon, and has opened for Alan Jackson on side stage in 2005 at Verizon Wireless.
Working with Tara Allison and The Road Less Traveled Band, he will began working the Fair, Festival and Large market venues for the Spring/Summer of 2006.
He continues to write and play. Eric think's there's never been anything better or more enjoyable than playing music.
And, Music is what Eric is all about!

Ronnie Caudle - Bass/Back-up vocals

Ronnie Caudle was born November 21, 1960,in Albermarle N.C. His very first musical influences started at very young age, at first it was the great Johnny Cash, then came the EAGLES. In 1982 he began playing with a country band called the New Grass Band, where he began find how much he loved having those "killer harmony lines." Ronnie has played for many local bands in the area..Cheyenne Band, John Love Band, Grass Strings, just name a few.
Ronnie came to the Tara Allison Band in October of 2006, he delivers excellent vocals, music, and harmonies.
He plans to keep thngs moving forward and to never look back!

Stan Stegall - Lead Guitarist

Stan Stegall, born in Monroe, N.C on April 3, 1958. Was raised in Charlotte ,NC.
He first began to love music at the age of twelve, with influnces like The Marshall Tucker Band, Doobie Bros. and the Allman Bros.
Stan has previously played in the Southern Cross Band. He has played in local venues in the area.
Stan began working with The Tara Allison Band in July of 2006. Stan is a fantastic guitarist and very dedicated to every part of his music. And He Loves Music!

Chris Johnson - Lead Gutarist

Chris Johnson was born in Albermarle ,N.C on March 31, 1979. He first got his music introduction at the age of twelve years old.
His musical influences are, Vince Gill, Danny Baker, Steve Gaines and Ed King.
He has played with Direct Hit and The Aces High Band. He has played in local venues in our area. He first came aboard with The Tara Allison Band in 2003.
He enjoys his music and would love to play full- time!
